Kinsey Single Barrel Bourbon - Malcolm Jenkins Edition Batch 2
Two-time Super Bowl Champion and proud Millstone Spirits board member, Malcolm Jenkins, continues his partnership with Kinsey in the second release of his exclusive Single Barrel Select line. Working closely with Master Distiller Robert J. Cassell, Malcolm personally sampled and evaluated dozens of aged bourbons to select just five barrels that best reflect Kinsey’s heritage of uncompromising quality.
Each barrel in Batch 02 was aged a minimum of 8 years, bottled at 102 proof, and produced less than 200 bottles. This limited collection highlights the individuality of every barrel, making each one a singular expression of flavor and craftsmanship.
Barrel Notes
Barrel 840 – Soft layers of milk chocolate evolve into freshly picked cherries and spiced fruit bark.
Barrel 841 – Creamy malted vanilla and cake batter aromas build into a robust finish of toasted oak.
Barrel 820 – A charmingly familiar profile of cherry cola rounded with woody stone fruit notes.
Barrel 821 – Opens with peppered baking chocolate and resolves into smooth oak and toasted nuts.
